Ticket Transactions

Ticket purchase information is collected on a third-party secure ticketing partner site. We get reports so we can monitor ticket sales and admit buyers to the event. All payment information is secure and confidential, it is not available to any Comedy Uncorked staff. We may use the contact information you provide to reach you about your order. We will add your email address to our customer database for future communications, which you can opt-out of at anytime.  We will NEVER sell your data.

Analytics

We collect and view aggregate site visit data to evaluate our marketing efforts. Your individual IP address is not viewed, nor is it stored.

Cookies

Cookies are used for various site functions, site performance and to collect analytics. For example, if you leave a comment, a cookie is used to ensure you are a human, not a bot.  At most, these cookies persist for one year.

How long we retain your data

We store ticket transaction information up to 4 years, but we never store credit card payment information. Cookies expire within a year.
